Tiny Table

Someone at an antique store was throwing this away because it was all chipped up on the top.

I sanded the top down as best I could to make the chips not as noticeable. Then I added some wood filler to smooth it out. Added some yellow paint and there you go.

Metal Utility Cart

I re-did this for the shop I work at.

I really wish I had taken a before photo of this. The legs were so rusted you could barely see the chrome. The shelves were not much better. After a couple hours of using steel wool, things got a lot better.

This was actually the first time I'd ever really used spray paint so it was a little weird getting used to it. It was just a tiny bit streaky but nothing too noticeable. I ended up using a high gloss bright yellow.

70's Mediterranean High Back Chair

I fell in love with this chair. Idk what it is about high back chairs.. but I like it. Anyway..

Before:

I sanded, primed, painted a glossy aqua, and completely reupholstered (including new larger cushion). I chose a tan canvas with black velvety raised print for the seat.

Deco Vanity Chair

I re-did this for the shop I work at.

I decided just to clean up the legs a little and use beeswax on them to bring them back to life a little. I reupholstered the seat (with a new larger cushion) and found some fancy looking vintage damask print fabric to use.

2 Tier Side Table

I re-did this for the shop I work at.

This table was peeling and just a mess when we got it. It needed serious help.

I decided to see what 2 tone would look like on this. I chose a light grey and a pea green.

Sideboard Cabinet thingy

I re-did this for the shop I work at. I was limited on the colors I could paint it so I did the best I could with what I had.

First things first, I made a new larger cushion for this stool. After, I re-upholstered it with some new canvas fabric I got from a local fabric store. I painted the legs a soft matte black.

Simple Stool

I don't have a before photo but I can guarantee you the fabric was not so cute. I reupholstered it using a black and white vintage fabric I'd found at a garage sale.

New Year

I'm writing here because part of my resolution was to actually write in this blog. &Although I'm not exactly sure what to talk about at the moment I'm still updating it so that is all that matters... Today is day 4 with no caffeine.. My head feels like it wants to explode. I'm assuming it's from withdrawals but I was hoping this part would be over by now.

Of course, another resolution was to be more crafty. Hopefully my next blog will include photos as proof of me doing so. I have so many projects to complete. &I also need to get an etsy store up & running. <3
